These terms apply to the use of this online store and to the Pato waitlist. We are not selling or charging anything yet. When sales open, we will publish the terms of sale here before accepting any order.

2. Waitlist
- Signing up is free and non-binding. It is not an order or a reservation: you pay nothing, you are not obliged to buy, and no unit, price or delivery date is guaranteed.
- We use your contact details to send you Pato news and to tell you, by email, when ordering becomes possible.
- You can leave at any time: reply to one of our emails or write to info@ubrobotics.com. See the privacy policy.
3. Product information and prices
The descriptions, images, specifications, prices and dates on this site describe Pato as we plan it. They are not an offer to sell and may change until sales open. The terms that apply are those published at the time of ordering.
4. Simulator and content
The in-browser simulator is free for everyone and provided as is, for demonstration and learning.
Pato is based on Open Duck Mini v2 by Antoine Pirrone and the Microduck software by Pollen Robotics / Hugging Face, both distributed under the Apache License, version 2.0. You may use, modify and redistribute those designs and that software under that licence, keeping the copyright notices, the licence and the credits.
The other text, images and design of this site belong to UB Robotics, Lda unless stated otherwise. The names “Pato Robô” and “UB Robotics” and their logos belong to UB Robotics, Lda.
5. Using the site
Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, do not try to access areas or data that are not yours, and do not overload the site with automated requests.
We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but it may have interruptions or errors. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country’s law.
7. Privacy and cookies
See the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We publish the new version here with its update date.
